Who is Alicia Phua?
With more than 1,800 hours of counselling experience, I support individuals and couples through challenges in intimacy, communication, stress, and emotional wellbeing. I believe emotional safety is the foundation for meaningful change and strive to provide a supportive space for healing and growth.

What services do you offer?
At C³ Counselling Centre, we provide a warm and supportive space for individuals, couples, and groups to explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Our services include: Individual counselling, Couples counselling, Group counselling, Educational webinars for those who wish to better understand their emotional wellbeing in a guided, learning-focused setting. For budding counsellors, we also offer professional supervision, providing a safe and reflective space to receive support, guidance, and encouragement along your professional journey.
How much do your services cost?
Our fees range from $15 to $235, depending on the service you choose. You may find full pricing details under our Services tab. We understand that starting counselling can feel like a big step. To support you in making an informed decision, we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation, giving you the opportunity to connect with us, ask questions, and see if our approach feels right for you.
Who will I be working with?
Alicia is the Founder and Director of C³ Counselling Centre, and currently the sole counsellor providing services. She is a Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)–registered counsellor (C0976) with extensive experience supporting individuals and couples. Before specialising in couples work, Alicia worked closely with children as both an educator and counsellor. She brings a calm, compassionate, and thoughtful approach to her work, meeting each client with care and respect. How do I book a session?
Booking a session is simple: Visit our Contact tab and complete the booking form, Click the "Book Free Consultation" button on our homepage, WhatsApp us at +65 8934 8134. We will respond as soon as possible to confirm your appointment and guide you through the next steps.
Is counselling confidential?
Yes. Counselling is confidential and guided by professional and ethical standards. What you share in sessions remains private, except in rare situations where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law. Your trust, safety, and privacy are deeply respected.
What can I expect in my first session?
After your complimentary 15-minute consultation, your first full session will be an intake session. This is a gentle, collaborative conversation where your counsellor gets to know you—your story, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from counselling. You will also gain clarity on how counselling may support you and what the journey ahead could look like. From there, sessions are thoughtfully paced and shaped around your needs. You do not need to have all the answers—this is a space where you are supported, heard, and walked alongside.
